SAP, Dynamics, a new process or Copilot. Every new system pays off only when people use it in their daily work.

The licence is paid on day one. The value comes when people can do their real work with it. I build the learning and practice layer that gets them there, end to end: change, training, e-learning and practice on the job, as one package.

For organisations and managers

01

“Your people have had the AI training. They still don’t use it in their work.”

82% vs 41%. Employees with clear leadership support use AI regularly at twice the rate of those without it. (BCG, 2025 (opens in a new tab))

Manager backing doubles regular use
  • From pilot to everyday work: a Copilot agent built for your team's daily workflow, and people who actually use it.
  • Practice on your own tasks, not slides about AI.
  • A value check at the end: time saved, not just logins.

Proof. In a recent in-house role I built a Copilot onboarding agent and a Loop knowledge hub with an AI assistant that participants voted to keep.

Open “Your people have had the AI training. They still don’t use it in their work.”
02

“We’re launching SAP, Dynamics, Workday or a new process. People need to work in it from day one.”

10 planned changes per employee in 2022, up from 2 in 2016. (Gartner (opens in a new tab))

More change, less goodwill

Planned changes per employee

Employees willing to change to support enterprise change

  • People who have practised their own tasks before go-live.
  • A readiness check per role and per country, so nobody is surprised on launch day.
  • Support that keeps getting better after go-live, not a one-off session.

03

“We trained people. We can’t show it changed the work.”

63% of L&D teams say they need help measuring impact. (Synthesia, 2026 (opens in a new tab))

Most L&D teams can't yet show impact
  • From usage, to behaviour change, to business impact. Not tick-box.
  • A one-page scorecard you can take to your budget holder.
  • A clear view of where to coach next.

04

“The answers are in a few people’s heads and a hundred documents.”

9 hours a week. That is how long UK workers spend looking for the information they need. (Atlassian, 2025 (opens in a new tab))

9 hours a week spent looking for information

hours a week, average UK worker

  • New starters who find answers without queuing for an expert.
  • Your documents made ready for an assistant to answer from.
  • Experts who see only the hard questions.

“Our courses are out of date, our platform is hard to use, and every update feels like a rebuild.”

74% of companies say they are not keeping up with their demand for new skills. (Josh Bersin, 2026 (opens in a new tab))

Skills demand is outpacing L&D
  • A clear call on every course: keep, fix, convert, rebuild or retire.
  • Updates only where the content changed.
  • A platform learners finish and admins can run.

Two ways to work together

One team is enough to start.

Questions

Is this only about AI?

No. A new ERP, CRM or HR system needs the same thing as Copilot: people who can do their real work with it.

Do you build AI models or chatbots?

No. I build Copilot agents in your existing Microsoft 365 setup and train people to use them. Your IT team owns the deep integration.

Is it safe to use AI on our content?

We agree in writing what data any tool may use before anything is built.
