Keep Them Safe (KTS) Reforms Programme
NSW Community Services needed online training for NGO staff on the major child-protection law changes in the Keep Them Safe reforms. I built all nine modules of the programme in Adobe Captivate, with case studies to practise on. The demo is Module 1, the overview.
- Instructional design and writing: turning source material from several business units into clear modules with case studies.
- Visual design: learner interfaces and online learning templates that follow the brand guides.
- Authoring: Captivate authoring, audio production and custom learning interactions.
